Contract

I guarantee this puppy has had all the vaccinations listed and that to the best of my knowledge is sound and healthy to approved homes only. I guarantee this puppy for 10 days against communicable diseases and 1 year against any hereditary or congenital defect. You must take this puppy to your veterinarian for a well check within 72 hours of arrival. I am not responsible for any accidents or veterinarian expenses that occur after leaving my facility. If something should happen and this contract need be honored, a post mortem will be required by a veterinarian to determine the cause of death. I will replace the puppy with one of equal value, NO CASH REFUNDS, the shipping will be divided equally between buyer and seller. If another vaccine is given within 10 days of last vaccine given this contract is void. You will receive 2 copies of this contract with the puppy, both will be signed by me and you need to sign one and return to me within 10 days for this contract to be honored.
